As a certified yoga instructor and tapping practitioner, I have developed a method which helps you, as a busy Mum, to feel calm and worthy so you can let go of what you think a Mum 'should be' and learn to trust your intuition.
Because when you feel connected to who you are, you're free to live a life that's true to you and the magic of that will ripple out to your family.
