		<description>Hi Tanya, you are just getting fitter and stronger. All you can do to minimise muscle growth is reduce calories and avoid eating for a few hours after exercise (i.e. do the opposite of what is needed to grow muscle).</description>

		<description>Hi Just wondering if you can explain to me how your body shape changes after 2.5yrs of dedicated practice of Ashtanga Yoga I am 6ft1 and always been very tall lean build I have just started the first 6 poses of secondary series and I have noticed I have become a lot thicker in my frame as in muscle mass especially around my hips I am turning 41yrs old this year however I have always had a very fine lean frame now I am quite muscular which I like but I just dont want to get to big is there any foods for me to feed my body to keep my frame lean and long but still strong....</description>
