Welcome To Yoga Mums

Yoga Mums is a new community for mums-to-be and mums alike to learn how to use yoga to get in shape.

It is presented by Marcia who has been learning yoga for 18 years and has practiced Hatha, Ashtanga and Iynegar styles.

Marcia is also a mother of 2 boys and used Ashtanga yoga workouts to get in shape and lose weight after her first child.

There is an extensive selection of pre-natal yoga postures as well as standard yoga postures and sequences.
