Yoga Mums was a new community for mums-to-be and mums alike to learn how to use yoga to get in shape.
It was presented by Marcia who has been learning yoga for 18 years and has practiced Hatha, Ashtanga and Iynegar styles.
Marcia is also a mother of 2 boys and used Ashtanga yoga workouts to get in shape and lose weight after her first child.
There was an extensive selection of pre-natal yoga postures as well as standard yoga postures and sequences.
Since moving to the UK she has continued with he yoga education, studying Iyengar, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. She used Ashtanga yoga workouts to lose weight after giving birth to her first child, proving that regular intensive workouts at home can shed the pounds and flatten your stomach.
In the photo here Marcia is performing her daily Sun Salutation. This photo was taken 18 months after giving birth. She breast fed for 10 months so did not diet during this time.
Once Marcia started her daily Ashtanga Sun Salutations she also started eating a healthy diet.
